Most UK accountancy practices have the clients they need, but not always the time to serve them the way they would like to.
A large part of that time goes into managing compliance work and meeting deadlines, which leaves less space for conversations that actually build a practice, advising clients, planning ahead, and focusing on meaningful work.

At Black Pepper Consulting Group, our role is to support that balance. We handle the production work, including bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, management accounts, year-end, tax returns, and MTD compliance, so your time can be spent where it matters most.

Our Founder
Guided by the Leadership of Ravi Sorathiya
Ravi Sorathiya founded Black Pepper Consulting Group in February 2026, based out of Gandhidham, India. His experience of managing end-to-end accounting across multiple client portfolios in the UK made him realise how much time goes into managing compliance and meeting deadlines, and how this often comes at the cost of time that could be spent with clients.
That is where the idea of Black Pepper Consulting Group began, and he built this back-end support system that fits into how practices already work, without adding complexity.
