At Black Pepper Consulting Group, our role is to support that balance. We handle the production work, including bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, management accounts, year-end, tax returns, and MTD compliance, so your time can be spent where it matters most.

Our Founder
Guided by the Leadership of Ravi Sorathiya
Ravi Sorathiya founded Black Pepper Consulting Group in February 2026, based out of Gandhidham, India. A qualified ACCA Member, having completed 13 professional examinations, he brings over six years of supervised practical experience, including working with UK clients across multiple sectors.

His experience managing end-to-end accounting across diverse UK client portfolios gave him a clear understanding of how much time practices spend managing compliance, meeting deadlines, and handling day-to-day accounting operations, often leaving less time to focus on clients and growth.

That insight led to the idea behind Black Pepper Consulting Group: a reliable back-end support system designed to fit seamlessly into the way accounting practices already work, without adding unnecessary complexity.
Ravi Sorathiya
Founder’s Message
Ravi Sorathiya founded Black Pepper Consulting Group in February 2026 based out of Gandhidham, India.
A qualified accountant holding the ACCA qualification, he has over six years of experience serving UK businesses across various sectors.
Throughout his career, he has directly managed the end-to-end accounting functions of a portfolio of clients and managed a large team overseeing the client delivery processes and training. He is the principal at Black Pepper, leading the technical review and business development functions of the firm.

I started this firm with a simple goal: to become the kind of reliable outsourcing partner I would have trusted if I were in practice myself. In fact, there's a story behind our name. Black Pepper has historically been India's most prized export spice.
Just as the spice trade connected continents and transformed commerce for centuries, Black Pepper Consulting Group connects accountancy practices worldwide with India's deep pool of finance talent, adding genuine value to every engagement, not just lower costs.
