At Black Pepper Consulting Group, our role is to support that balance. We handle the production work, including bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, management accounts, year-end, tax returns, and MTD compliance, so your time can be spent where it matters most.

Our Founder
Guided by the Leadership of Ravi Sorathiya
Ravi Sorathiya founded Black Pepper Consulting Group in February 2026, based out of Gandhidham, India. A qualified ACCA Member, having completed 13 professional examinations, he brings over six years of supervised practical experience, including working with UK clients across multiple sectors.

His experience managing end-to-end accounting across diverse UK client portfolios gave him a clear understanding of how much time practices spend managing compliance, meeting deadlines, and handling day-to-day accounting operations, often leaving less time to focus on clients and growth.

That insight led to the idea behind Black Pepper Consulting Group: a reliable back-end support system designed to fit seamlessly into the way accounting practices already work, without adding unnecessary complexity.

Founder’s Message
I founded Black Pepper Consulting Group in February 2026, based out of Gandhidham, India.
As a qualified ACCA Member, having completed 13 professional examinations, I bring over 6 years of supervised practical experience, including working with UK clients across different sectors and managing end-to-end accounting across multiple client portfolios.

Through this experience, I realised how much valuable time accounting practices spend managing compliance, deadlines, and day-to-day processes, often leaving less time to focus on their clients and business growth.

That is where the idea of Black Pepper Consulting Group began. I wanted to build a reliable back-end support system that works around the way practices already operate, helping them manage the workload efficiently without adding unnecessary complexity.
